Policy and Terms: The Charcuterie Bar Rentals
- PAYMENT SCHEDULE. At the time of booking an event, we request 50% down non-refundable and paid in full 3 days prior to your event.
- CANCELLATION POLICY. We completely understand that things come up, however, in the event client cancels the Event for any reason we can offer you to reschedule your events for up to 6 months.
- Duration. Please allow 48 hours for processing any sooner book events.
- FEES. Additional travel and set up fee will be added to all booking events. A $35 fee will apply for any custom orders
- Gratuities. Not included but appreciated!!!!!
Policy and Terms: Ready - To - Go Orders
- PAYMENT SCHEDULE. At the time of ordering Ready-to-go Charcuterie, we request paid in full.
- CANCELLATION POLICY. For ready - to go orders we request a 72-hour cancellation, or no refund will be process due to products purchase and for special custom-made orders, we request you cancel within a week in advance.
- Duration. Please allow 72- hours for processing any ready -to- go orders.
- FEES. Additional set up $35 fee will be applied to all custom-made orders.
- Gratuities. Not included but appreciated!!!!!
